NX CPU fan blade but its an airfoil

I need some help. I am recreating a CPU fan, and the blades are airfoil shaped. I have no issues following the YouTube even though my blade is different. I have created the CPU fan no problem but my professor really wants the airfoil design and I cannot get it. I have created my own air foil and tried to get it to Wrap around the rotor with no luck. I have tried Thicken and region with different thickness but it did not work. I know it is something small I am missing. It has been 4 years since I used NX last so it is like riding a bike, but I cannot put my finger on how to solve my problem. Any help or tips you can send my way I would greatly appreciate it.
