Rotating frame section

When defining frame element properties, they are drawn on the 3-2 plane. I have need of applying those both in the x-z (1-3) axis and rotated 90 degrees on the 3-2 plane. The help files point to rotating the local axis with very little explanation of how this will work. Is there any way to visually see the result of this rotation of the frame cross-section in SAP to ensure that it was done correctly for each member? Are there any other ways to achieve the same rotation results in a more explicit manner?
