Revolution joint COMBIN7 not there

Hi people. I think i have a prob.. i cant find in my ansys 10 the element COMBIN7 for a revolution joint. The only elements of COMBINATION that i see are: Spring-damper 14 and Combination 40.
I dunno what to do..
