Revision Cloud utlilities in V8

As a new user of V8 I am curious to know how to add revision clouds to drawings. My CAD Manager does not even know how to do such a function. Anybody have any suggestion, so that I dont have to piece together arcs and manually create clouds?

There is a mdl application that you can get called cloud.ma that can automate this for you. It is not good as the mdl for v7 called sscloud.ma but it gets the job done. I think you can do a google search and locate it for free.
