Return Period for Wind Loading 4

Does anyone have a quick method or adjusting the wind load based on a return period less than that of the normal 30 year, 50 year or 100 year durations?

I thought it was 1.0 for 100 year and 0.7 for 10 year.

ASCE 7 Commentary for Chapter 26 goes into return period comparisons in their explanation of the change from 50 year in 2005 to the 300, 1700, etc. in 2010.

ASCE37-14 has wind speed modification factors for return periods under 5 years.

Just an FYI @dik: V is in m/s. They define q = 0.00064645 V² in the previous page. q is in kPa.

Thanks skeletron, that was my next step... I work in both SI and Imperial, but think in Imperial... just too old. I'll post the SMath program when completed... have some real work to do now...
