I desparately need Matlab codes for noise & shading correction of 16bit tiff file captured with an experimental digital camera. I have three images: One is the noisy original captured image, one is the dark noise image (black) taken with the camera shutter closed and the other is the white shading image. I don't have much theoretical knowledge of DIP. It would be highly appreciated if someone could help! Thanks in advance!
