Reports on Mothballing Plant 1

My employer is moving our plant care and maintenance until a decision is made on the future of the plant. Could anybody please assist in obtaining example and past documents used in plant closures, mothballing and temporary care and maintenance.

In particular we are looking for examples of:
General procedural documents.
Close out reports.
Final plant status reports.
Equipment preservation guidelines and procedures.

Our plant includes the following type of equipment:

Gas receival
Hydrogen generation plant
Inert gas generation plant
Gas heaters and gas compressors
Refractory lined reactor vessels and pressure vessels
Briquetting plant
Heat exchangers and cooling towers
Compressors and dryers
Iron ore beneficiation plant
Bulk materials stockyard facilities (stackers/reclaimers/conveyors)
Overland conveyor

The US Navy has a fleet of mothballed ships. I'd bet they could bury you in procedures and documents.
