replacing blocks under Autocad

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to replace blocks under Autocad.

OldBlockName=NewBlockName
NewBlockBane can include a path, ie C:\Blocks\Test.dwg

"Blockreplace" from the Express Tools. (Look in the FAQ tab above for download sites if you don't have it)
