Hi Seniors,

Would someone please guide me in preparing an work plan (Method of statement) for replacement of Existing 04 Cooling Tower units (CT) with new 04 units.
I have a project that has o4 old cooling tower units that should be replaced with new 04 CT units. At present these old cooling tower are operating and meeting the cooling demand of the project building.
Thus, do anybody have similar case study or work plan or Method statement prototype to replace the cooling towers without affecting the cooling demand of the project. I mean, the building should continue to meet cooling demand while the replacement process is being carried.

Thank you in advance and i hope to get required info.

This is what they are paying you to figure out, not a web forum.

Look at your isolation points. They will be a key consideration if you want to replace each tower in turn.

Without detailed knowledge of the site and the site's working practices it is pretty much impossible to furnish a method statement. Normally they're prepared by someone with detailed knowledge of all aspects of the task, equipment, and site. You won't get that off the internet.
