Repeat region missing part

I replaced a component in an assembly and now the new part is missing from the BOM on the drawing. It should be #6, but the BOM shows #5 then #7. I know its a simple fix but it can't seem to remember what it is.
 
I figured it out, it added the replaced component as another number in the bom. All i have to do is fix index.
