I need to calculate or do an energy balance to estimate steam requirement for removal solvent from emulsion polymer using steam stripping in a continuous train 4 stripping tanks.
Most challenging part ( for me) is to find energy required to strip solvent from latex ( diffusion mechanism).
Is any one out here did such calculations earlier. Appreciate your response to help me out with such calculations.
