Removal of rust stains from concrete

Is there an industry recognized method or removing rust stains from architectural bare concrete?

I've found an answer to my question. The "Stain Removal Guide" published by the Architectural Precast Association and "Removing Stains and Cleaning Concrete" from the Portland Cement Association, 1988.

Are they using oxalic acid? That would be my first thought.

Iron out sure does a nice job of removing rust stains from iron in well water. Most lumber places carry it.
