The application requires a repetitive usage of a screw nylon-patched, McMASTER-CARR P/N 96562A020.
That is, the patched screw should be used over again for 10 times without replacement to a new patched screw and without loosing function of anti-vibration.

I understand the requirement is wrong, but I need to prove out a trash hold number of repetive usage of patched screws.

Do anybody out there have a data showing that the nylon patch is wore out after certain times of repetive usage?

Do anybody out there have a recommendation of trash-hold numbers of repetive usage based on reliable experiences?

Million tahnks in advance.
