Can anyone help me how to compute the relay pick up, time delay and instaneous setting, to tell you the truth I dont know how to deal with it.

S4: CT Ratio 1000/5, Full load amps: 710 Amps,SCA-3p: 21,208Amps
S1: CT Ratio 2500/5, Full load amps: 1844 Amps, SCA-3p:21,221Amps
SA: CT Ratio 2500/5, Full load amps: 1844 A, SCA-3p: 22,890Amps

Relays use is SEPAM SIT, T:0.3 to 12.5 10Is

If you are asking where they need to be set, you need more info, and sounds like training. I would hire someone that is familiar with the process.

Yes, you need to hire a professional with experience and also learn while working with him/her.

Relay setting is as much an art as science. For starters you need to read up some good books on protective relaying. I think davidbeach has a good FAQ on list of books on the subject. Search this site.
