REL670 Function Block manual

I am using CAP531 to change configuration of ABB REL670 but I cannot find any information about its Function Blocks. Can anybody show me how to get these information?

It's a problem. Technical and application manuals ..about 30MB or two big books.

You have ask your local ABB LEC.

Where are you located? sorry for Q, but maybe I found some connection person for your help.

Ok, I found them, two heavy books. I also found a .pdf file of Technical Manual in Connectivity Package. But why ABB does not allow users to download these file from ABB's website?
