I have some doubts about defining material properties of steel materials. There are fields:
Minimum Yield Stress (Fy),
Minimum Tensile Stress (Fu),
Effective Yield Stress (Fye) and
Effective Tensile Stress (Fue)
For reinforcement bars B500B: Fy=500MPa, Fu=540MPa.

My questions are:
1. Which values should I use for Fye and Fue?
2. What for do I need these values?

Not familiar, but from the documentation these 2 values (expected yield,..), are code related.

From the link below it says that Fye is the product of a factor (e.g., 1.1) and the expected yield stress of the material.
See: Link

Hope this helps.

PS: I think you mean Fye expected yield stress, and not effective.

Yes, expected, not effective...

Thanks for the reply.
