You might have to do some drilling down but the manufacturers of the most common commercial refrigerants usually have property tables available on their web sites. Dupont.com, for example, has P-T tables or diagrams for all of their SUVA brand refrigerants, and also enthalpy charts. FMC has some good ones too.
