Refining mesh for my 3D assembly

Dear All:

I have this structure assembly.. I want to do mesh refinement but whenever I change the mesh size the resulted von-Mises stress is not linear, it is up and down. So I could n't refine the mesh.
Please anyone can help me to improve the mesh and I can do convergence..
