I am searching recent reference for multi-story design of these core (elevator) wall with a lot of opening.
I didn't find any real life example (not C-shaped wall but real life elevator shaft with strange configuration) of these core wall design.
Is is mandatory to design them as coupled walls ? For the moment, I just don't put beam above door opening to not have to design them as such...
What are your design philosophy ?
