From the rate and H2S content you provide, I would suggest that you contact the SulfaTreat folks to get a design. You will probably find the cost for the SulfaTreat vessel and the sorbent is less costly than putting in a RedOx system. Typically, these are niche systems that depend/become economic depending on the amount of total sulfur to be removed. You are clearly in the scavenger (SulfaTreat) regime.
You do not provide operating pressure which will be important. You should also consider inline injection using liquid scavengers (triazine chemistries) to remove the H2S.
