If your pressure is < 15 PSI, you could theoretically use a roots type positive displacement blower to recirculate the N2 throught the filter. The knockout pot between the filter and blower would need to be a vacuum rated pressure vessel. You may also neet a heat exchanger on the blower discharge to remove the heat of compression, as these type of blowers are roughly 50-60% efficient. If you cool the blower discharge enough (chiller?), you may need another pressure vessel for the condensed and reclaimed solvent.
A major impediment to success would likely be diatomaceous earth (filter aid) carryover into the blower. Due to its abrasive action, the blower life would be short if carryover is significant.
