Recommendation on attaching pp film to pp part

I am looking for a recommendation on how to attach a polypropylene fim to PP part. The PP part is a cylinder and wish to close the end off by making it a hermatically sealed to pp film. Can you heat stake or is it called heat sealing to melt pp film to the pp part? Recommendation of a company to do sample runs?
