RECOMMEND AN ADHESIVE

Can someone recommend an adhesive with the following requirements?:

1. Bonding clear polycarbonate, clear ( machined surface) to black anodize 5051 aluminum sheet metal
2. Cure within seconds or 1-3 minutes
3 Small bottle, no two part adhesive ( has to be used by field service)
4. exposure to camera flash lighting, durable and last longs

Also would it matter if the surfruce finish on th eplastic is rough or smooth?

Have a suitable peel-and-stick PSA sheet die-cut to your shape. Maybe even have it pre-applied to one of the parts.

PC is _not_ compatible with nearly all common solvents/ adhesives/ household chemicals.

It does, however, work pretty well in a snap-fit joint.

From here, we can't see your assembly, so you will have to figure out if that's part of a viable solution to your problem.
