Rebar schedule excel spreadsheet 1

Is anyone familiar with the bar schedule spreadsheet called Barsched 8666? This is an excel spreadsheet designed for use in the UK. The workbook seems to be password protected. Can anyone help me with the password? Also, does anyone know if there is a similar spreadsheet that can be used in the U.S.A.? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The barlist program you are talking about is a commercial software, but there's a similar freeware program by Washington DOT, you can find it at:
