Needs help !

Recently, one of our product failed ASTM D565-88 test
(Standard Test Method for Carbonizable Substances in White Mineral Oil) continuously.
So, any body who knows about ASTM D565-88, let me know the meaning and details of "Carbonizable Substances".

And, if somebody knows any solution to pass ASTM D565-88 from fail, please comment us any time.
