Re-bar designation

Hi guys.

A friend of mine who has an acquaintance volunteering in Haiti is asking about the following re-bar designation:

fer rond crenele 1/2 * 30' BUND 110 CR

I am underatanding 1/2" dia * 30 foot length serrated (not smooth) bars, but does anyone know what BUND 110 CR means?
