the mistake as done by contractor and i think its depth is not enough so im asking any expert here .. coz i dont have any knowledge about it

What was the mistake? Post a partial plan and elevation view will help. Is this residential? Wasn't it designed by a knowledgeable person/company?

no its was the plan of contractor only its fully rcc framed structure we are building rcc frame first and then masonry work later for g+3 the column size is 9*18 inch c/c spacing 13 feet, site dimension 52*40 he is using 9 inch depth beam for every span is it enough and its residential building..

If you've got a contractor who's constructing a building without drawings, you have big problems.

manoj99900,

You can't expect an informative answer based on the information you have provided. It is inconceivable that you are building a concrete structure with no drawings. You are asking for trouble if you continue. Find the engineer of record and ask him about the beam size.
