Raster Image Disappear in Shade Mode

Can someone please help me I cant seem to
plot a raster image when in anything but
wireframe mode.

Is the raster image inserted in Model Space or Paper Space?
Also, instead of using the hide command for printing, right click the viewport and click "Hide Plot".

I have the raster image in model space. When I
click the shade button the raster image disappears
and all I see is a frame where the image is located.

Move the image to paper space if you want to hide, shade, etc. Also, to turn the image frame off, enter "imageframe" > off.
