R stamp required or not

I have a doubt regarding one of our pressure vessel R stamp requirement..The vessel installed on 2013 and it is U stamped and Heat treated.Now during internal DPT it was found approx 6 mm crack at 6 location fillet weld Connecting internal vane pack support to shell.The vessel is SA516 mtrl and cladded with Incoloy 825,3.5 mm. Now the doubt is whether this weld repair require R stamp.Also the WPS for Incoloy given by client shows PWHt and preheat.The support mtrl also Incoloy 825.Pls comment.

Yes, this repair requires an R-Stamp.

Wheather this require AI visit.cracks are minor and even va minor filing can remove the defect.

It appears the weld is on the shell, R Stamp required as metengr replied. The provider of the R Stamp will need to work it out with the AI.
