We have come across a thread callout, 2.9375-8NA 3G. What does the "NA" stand for?
 
Acme thread. Get a Machinery's Handbook and look it up.
 
National Acme
Used instead of “ACME” probably since 1997 when ASME B 1.5 was updated
 
Is there an International Acme?
