"Generic Naming graph Error"

Does anyone know how to fix a "Generic Naming graph Error".

I get this error when I try and add blends to my part. The modle size is about 130mb.

System specs
Windows XP Sp2
Catia v5 r14 sp6
3.06 Xeon
3gb ram
ATI FireGL Z1

I suggest logging a PMR. This error message is as common as Command interrupted.
