Quick Question... Excel Intergration

Question...

Is Excel possible to link a CELL (A1) into other MS products and what ever is updated on the EXCEL cell will UPDATE where it is linked in the other MS products?

one step further...

Can it intergrate into other NON MS products like Autodesk... and if so... how?

Yes, Excel can integrate with anything that is OLE compliant (= supports Automation).
So in Word, for example, you can Paste Special, then select the option button Paste Link, and paste as Formatted Text, or whatever you like. Give it a try and see what works for you.
In Autocad it basically works the same, Paste Special and select the Paste Link option button.
