Quick curing concrete 1

Is anyone aware of any "quick curing" concrete or epoxy that
can be used to fabricate equipment (motor, fan, pump, etc.) bases?

We need quick turnaround time to reduce the total job time and machine downtime.

Try replacing the type I or type I/II with Type III for a faster set. If strength is needed soon(er) then add additional cement to the mix.

Very easily done. I've used concrete that achieves 3000 psi in 12 hours, 4000 in 3 days, 5000 in 24 hours, and the list goes on. I use this stuff all the time on foundations for equipment in steel mills where down time has to be kept to a minimum. Talk to your concrete company. Getting 3000 - 4000 in 24 hours is fairly straight forward for the concrete company (in fact they may already have a mix number for it from another job). If any thing more stringent is required they can add accelerators to the mix if needed to generate high strength in short periods of time. Keep in mind that these types of mixes get expensive in a hurry. Good Luck!
