i have been tasked to design a testing fixture which requires the use of cooling water.
The unit under test has 4 inlet and 4 outlet tubes, 3/8" od. copper tube. The operator will be required to connect and disconnect these lines at the end of each test. The whole system will have 4 units, so 32 total connections. we will be running a glycol/water mixture through the lines at low pressure.
Can anyone suggest quick-connect connectors that are durable (repeated use), able to accomodate temperature cycling (25 -90 deg. c.), and easily removeable (tight spaces....2.63" spacing).
ps. this is an electrical device, so failure is not an option
all ideas appreciated
