Quick acting closure

Can somebody please advise where I could obtain a copy of the Boeing document D38510 -2, "Vessel and Door Design Standards” which is an engineering guide dealing with design details and stress analysis considerations and formulas for quick acting closures. I have asked Boeing but to no avail.
