The highest temperature would be 1340 deg F, which corresponds to the approximate lower critical transformation temperature for P-No 1 base materials. The reason it is not listed as a maximum in Table UCS-56 is because Section IX requires re-qualification of a WPS with PWHT if the lower critical transformation temperature is exceeded.
