I am looking for a software to help set up a inspection program that will cover Sec. I, IV, VII vessels primarily.

I have looked at several of the ones out there but so far the most impressive is the OSS software Ultra Pipe.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Our inspection department purchased the UltraPipe software a few years back and are satisfied with it.

You could consider PVElite from COADE. It has a 3D interface where you can see the vessel as you 'build' it on the screen, and it is childishly simple to use. It also has a component module that allows you to desing heat exchangers to TEMA and ASME, as well a lot of other good stuff. It is available from COADE (
