Pump station, three pumps in parallel.

I am doing a tutorial example using EPANET. The problem revolves around a pump station which is meant to supply water to small factory. The main three parallel pumps draw water from a pond (reservoir). Two of the pumps are set aside for daily usage while the third one is reserved for emergencies. How is it possible to control the pumps instead of the tank?
