PTCstatus can see FLEXlm but PTCStatus can't? WF2

Hi, I'm trying to install WF2 (M180) on a Win XP Pro system and I've run into something I've never seen before. When I run PTCsetup it says it can't see any FLEXlm licenses at the server/port specified. But, afterwards if I run ptcstatus.bat it shows the server and all available/used licenses.

I've checked and there is no firewall running on this computer and no tcp filtering. Other computers can see it just fine. Ugh! Help!

The issue was Embassy Trust Suite was blocking the FLEXlm license servers. Resolved.
