Can you delete the XYZ axis of coordinate system in Creo?

I am working with our external vendor to resolve an issue with our CMM programme. I have sent him the assembly file but he has one issue with it and has asked the below:

"When I load it into MCosmos it displays the XYZ axes of a coordinate system. This would screw up the scaling on graphic of the points in the results file. As CAT1000 is not a CAD system unfortunately I can’t delete them – and we don’t have pro-engineer either.
Any chance you could get it deleted please?”

Is this possible to do?
 
This seems like a problem on the Mitutoyo end of things.

Sure - you can delete the csys unless everything is based from it. You could suppress the csys and then freeze everything that depends on it.
