PT Tendons: Limitations on curvature in Plan

What kind of limitations, or what parts of the ACI code, dictate what kinds of horizontal curves and turns you can make with a continuous PT strand in plan?

Too sharp a turn would probably cause a huge horizontal PT force, but I can't find anything on this...

I have an old PCI Post-Tensioning Manual, First Edition, 1972, that states:

Vertical deviations of tendons - 1/8" to 1/4".

Horizontal plane deviations which may be necessary to avoid opneings, ducts, chases, etc. should be have a radius of curvature of not less than 21 ft.

21 feet is what I have seen also. I would check out PTI
