Psychrometric question for GSHF

Hi All,

I have a project with below criteria,
OA-45'C @90%RH
RA-23'C@50%RH
Fresh air ratio 27%
Supply air -14'C
RSHF-0.9
GSHF-0.2.
Supply air flow- 25000 CMH
When I draw a line starting from mixing air point align with GSHF it touch to the saturated line before reaching to target adp of 9'C. Kindly advise how should consider for this direct expansion coil. Should consider for preheat the fresh air to reduce the RH or use the hot pipe or other option.
