My site has an arc in the property line. I also have a distance of 305.43' with a triangle 7 43'46" and a r:2264.08.

How do you draw this.

at the point of curvature, draw a line perpendicular to your tangent equal to the length of the radius. the end of this line will be the center of your arc. rotate that line with your delta angle holding the center point. place a curve of said radius between the endpoints you have created.

305.43 is the arc length. The triangle is the Greek letter delta, which is the angle of the arc, with lines from the ends of the arc to the center as the vertices. 2264.08 is the radius.
