Projection welding with HSLA and incorrect nut

Hello all I am new here but I hope you can help. First off I am well aware that what I am trying to do here is a bad situation already. I have a hex nut with 6 projections .4mm tall that I am trying to weld to 1.6mm thick HSLA. Any suggestions on the parameters to use for this would be really helpful. Thanks Mike.
