Hey!
So I've come up with a personal project idea. It's like two compass-like devices that always track each other. I was imagining a metal container with a tracking device inside and displaying a circle screen with a dot/line/arrow always pointing in the direction of the matching compass. I've been trying to google how to create such a thing, but I'm already stuck on how I could possibly create this.
Whenever I look up DIY tracking devices, it's always one sided (for obvious reasons) so I have no idea how I could pair two tracking devices then program them to display on a screen the location of the other device. I know there's also more complications cause I would love this to work over large distances (across the US for example) and keeping it charged is another issue. Does anyone have any ideas to point me in the right direction of creating this?
Any advice/opinion is welcomed!
