Program for drawing the diagram of a power system

Hello,

I have just started using the MATPOWER MATLAB toolbox for power-flow studies. I am new to this field.
This toolbox does not seem to have an inbuilt program to look at the bus, generator data and build a
diagram of the power system. See this thread


Does anyone have a MATLAB program that does specifically this function? ANy program in any other language will also
do, if it can display some graph of the power system.
