Process to die cast AL7075

There is no process for die casting aluminum alloy 7075. This is a wrought alloy, and it is barely castable into ingots/billets by the direct chill process, much less into complex shapes by the pressure die casting process. The high mechanical properties are developed by controlled deformation and heat treating processes, and therefore would not be possible in any casting process.
