Procedure for B-axis calibration needed

Our B-axis servo amplifier stopped working and needs to be swapped out. I understand that the b-axis will need to be recalibrated after the swap. Does anyone have or is anyone willing to share the procedure to recalibrate this axis? Our laser is an Amada Pulsar 2415 aII. Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks!
