See video here: https://youtu.be/WfNGxMKCsS0. Anyone ever encounter this before? We've already done the following without any success:
1. Cleaned the RLG encoder
2. Cleaned the Renishaw encoder strip and the reader
3. Ensured the ballscrew is tensioned at 5kN as per manufacturer's spec
4. Ensured the ballscrew and linear guides are greased
Only thing we haven't been able to inspect is the condition of the balls inside the ballscrew nut as we don't have the proper tools. Does anyone have a manual for this? Upon visual inspection, the ballscrew looks good. Someone also mentioned that the servo drive might not be providing enough torque, any ideas?
