procedure and required steps / documentation for underground pipelines

hi friends, I'm looking for simple procedure for pipeline design , what is steps actually executed, and what is required drawings / documentation for this task, and what will be the difference if we talking about piping system in process facility , any references will be helpful , thank you in advance for the help.

You no longer have a controlled environment.
You will have thousands of landowners, animals, soils, rocks, rivers, lakes and trees to consider.
Permits will be a large part of most work.
Switch your design codes to B31.4 or B31.8 and start reading.

Simple step - hire an experienced pipeline engineer / consulting company.

There are courses that last days showing the basic difference between piping and pipeline and how to perform design effectively, so there's no chance of getting this sort of info on a forum like this.

Like BI says, get a copy of a few pipeline design codes and read them - the ISO 13623 code is written more like a design manual than B 31.4 or 8 ("consider this, look at that"), but think of it in transport terms - you're talking about a X00 km long highway versus a grid pattern set of paths inside a fenced compound. Theoretically similar, but in reality quite quite different.
